Cultural competence is becoming increasingly recognised as the key to improving business effectiveness and service provision.

We have developed the Cultural Competence Credibility Model (c)

This model using emotional intelligence to support leaders through coaching to develop their cultural competence.

The International Coaching Federation (ICF)

The ICF held two global educational events on cultural competency during 2013.

During these events It was recognised and acknowledged, that coaching is a global activity and this required coaches to have cultural competency in order to meet the needs of all clients.

The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) held a – Question Time Debate event on the Future of Work at Kings College, University, London on 11 March 2014.

Key note speakers Peter Cheese CEO, CIPD and Lembit Opik former MP, also spoke about the importance of cultural competence as key to the future of work both globally and in the UK.
